Samuel Winters
Contributing Strengths: Samuel brings his 25 year expertise in research and development, design, construction, entertainment, finance and importing/exporting. Sam has a proven track record of implementing company structure, creating timelines for global projects and procurement through distribution, personnel management, and executive comprehension skills. He has been successful in building teams for global operations and management of multiple operations simultaneously.
General Background: Sameul has a diverse background in entertainment ranging across a span of 20+ years. As a Chicago, IL native; Mr. Winters posseses a unique intuitive skill set vital to the success of managing and developing our global executive team. Sam has an extensive knowledge base ranging from construction to international banking and finance from his experience gained as Founder and Chairman of Goldstein, Feinstein, & Schwartz Holdings International.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jerome Tamasauskas
Contributing Strengths: Jerome brings a wealth of experience and contact in the international arena, having established joint ventures, partnerships, investments, import/export relationships in many countries, including China, Russia and India. Additionally, Jerome has developed close relationships with factories in China. Jerome expanded Public Insurance sales force to over 300 agents in addition to a 1200 employee work force in 10 offices throughout Southern California. He directed their efforts from the position of V.P. of Underwriting / V.P. of Policy Production. In this role, he also created a finance company to cover insurance policy premiums and a direct bill program in addition to raising $100 million per year for the
company’s reserve. As V.P. of Data Processing, he implemented the now widespread computerized sales program now being used throughout the insurance industry.

PROTECTOR & CHAIRMAN
Delence A. Sheares Sr.
Contributing Strengths: In-depth knowledge of natural gas utility industry, energy management, facilities management, commercial and industrial lighting, and conservation. Outstanding ability to create international earning opportunities across a wide scope of industries focusing on global humanitarian development.
General Background: Snelling & Snelling, LLC 2005-Present Chief Operations Officer; Director of Exec Commission #7 Performance: Structured and executed bilateral contracts for all classes of energy and environmental commodities around North America, Africa, Melanesia Oceania, South American, and Middle East. Appointed as Director or Executive Commission #7; responsible for effectively managing the investment portfolios and the liquidity and capital positions of the various subsidiary banks, trusts, private placement partners, and humanitarian projects. Executed Global Procurement Objectives establishing the programs to acquire products and services for Royal International Trust Company by employing deep category knowledge and commodity expertise, coupled with an understanding of the needs of our businesses and business partner groups.

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Bruce Hsui
Contributing Strengths: Working with international clients on preparing counter samples, make quotations, preparing orders, and solving technical problems with subcontracted factories. Marketing expertise in new products for Chinese factories. Implementing follow up procedures on fabric and accessories purchase, tracking the ordering procedures and quality control. Preparing both domestic and overseas contracts, orders, export documentation, custom declaration, assisting management on quotations and companies’ analysis on production planning.

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Lucy Bader
Contributing Strengths: Provide input and sound judgment into the development of underwriting policies and standards that support developing products, services, and new programs and work in conjunction with Product Development to develop coverage forms and appropriate pricing.
Manage and direct the development of strategic underwriting decisions and analysis of underwriting performance to identify trends and develop recommendations for improvement as needed.
Provide advice to branch underwriters on technical underwriting issues and set clear direction to underwriting management team when defining goals and priorities.
Responsible for administrative functions within the Underwriting Department which include performance evaluations of underwriters, anticipation of staffing needs, interviewing job applicants, and the development of training programs.
Initiate and support relationships with broker force.
Mentor staff and assist in succession planning.
BANKING COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR
Att. Michael M. Krill
Contributing Strengths: Directs and oversees a financial institution's international banking policies, objectives, and initiatives. Must stay current with international variances in cultural and legal issues as they pertain to banking. Responsible for the development and maintenance of banking services to international accounts.
Prepares and examines contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, etc. Provides legal advice to an organization, prepares resolutions and forms, and participates in major legal actions. Responsible for foreseeing and protecting the company against legal risks. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR
BRIAN LLOYD
Contributing Strengths: Designs and implements programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business units are in compliance with international, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization's policies. Prepares compliance reports to present to management. Directs an organization's financial policies. Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.
Brian has build strong partnerships with client groups at all levels maintaing an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; as well as partnering with legal department as needed/required.
GLOBAL HR DIRECTOR
DEITHRA GLAZE
Contributing Strengths: Designs, plans, and implements international human resources programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. Also responsible for administration of expatriate or immigration programs
Manage and coach HR Business Execs and offers thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution providing insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions. Deidra is vital to solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex.
She designs and quickly implements solutions that cut across multiple disciplines; even those beyond people and organizational solutions; while provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.

Contributing Strengths: Displays a proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow bottom line. Possess diverse industry experience and functional expertise with a tedious commitment to driving sales profits and market share growth.
General Background: Founder and CEO of Snelling and Snelling LLC, an international management and consulting company located in Toledo, Ohio. Mr. Snelling is also a published author, Minister and motivational speaker. Snelling and Snelling maintain clients and partners in Africa, Europe, North America, South America Middle East, Asia and Melanesia Oceania. Projects ranging from sea wave power plants, gold refineries and concessions, banking, fuel and related products, private placement programs, health care and entertainment.

LEGAL DIRECTOR

Contributing Strengths: Allen has the proven ability to initiate market and legal research using extensive contacts within the international community. His solid background and history in law, banking, and advertising allows him to inject successful strategies to advance overall performance. Attributes well worth recognizing are Allen’s strong teamwork, ethics, and communications skills.
Manages a team of private banking officers who are responsible for individuals with high net-worth. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance of the private banking officers' deposit and loan volume and ensuring policies and procedures are met. Acts as an advisor for complex credit decisions.

INFORMATION DIRECTOR
Kevin J. Muhammad
Contributing Strengths: Establishes, plans, and administers the overall policies and goals for the information technology department. Analyzes the needs of different departments and determines ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
Establishes, plans, and administers the overall policies, goals and procedures for the information security function. Initiates, implements and develops information security and disaster discovery programs in accordance with organizational information security standards. CHIEF FINANCE DIRECTOR
WAYNE BURTON
Contributing Strengths: Responsible for directing the international accounting functions for an organization. These functions include establishing and maintaining the organization's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives.
Prepares financial reports and presents findings and recommendations to top management. Requires an in-depth understanding of both US and international accounting principles. Wayne has 15 years of direct experience in the field.
